At Direct Supplements (My Health Pantry) we know what it is like when you are not happy with your purchase. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with, simply return it to Direct Supplements (My Health Pantry) within 14 working days of purchase in the items original condition and we will organise a credit or exchange for you. Following the process below will ensure you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Within 7 days of purchase,Contact Us and request a returns form. We will shoot it straight to you, along with the best way to get your replacement items. It is really that simple.
Refunds and Exchanges are not available on Sale Items. Any returned sale items will not be accepted by Direct Supplements (My Health Pantry) and will be sent back to you at your cost. All returns are subject to Direct Supplements (My Health Pantry) Management approval, if the items have been opened or damaged your return will not be successful. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and unfortunately you will be responsible for all returns shipping costs.
It is recommended that you use registered post for all returns to insure your delivery for safe return to Direct Supplements (My Health Pantry). If you choose not to insure your return delivery you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Please allow approximately one week for the processing of your return once received. Due to hygiene reasons, Direct Supplements (My Health Pantry) are not able to do any exchanges or refunds on any products which have had the seals removed.
